If the product is available in our European stock, your order will arrive within 3–4 business days.

If the product needs to be shipped from our origin country (Iran), please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, as saffron is a consumable food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or the seal has been broken. This policy ensures the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will review your case promptly. Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
